Luminous Organisation ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Web Gen android application (the "Service").

Definitions

Service

The Web Gen mobile application operated by Luminous Organisation.

Any text, data, code, custom AI models, or other materials created, uploaded, or transmitted by the User while using the Service.

License and Restrictions

Restrictions on Use

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its features, functionality, and original content (excluding user-generated Content), are and will remain the exclusive property of Luminous Organisation and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country you reside in and foreign countries.

Your Content remains your property. By submitting Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your Content in connection with the Service solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you (e.g., storing locally on your device).

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, the information, content, and materials included therein.

You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Since your data is stored locally, deleting the app from your device constitutes your method of termination and data removal.

Governing Law
